To secure your accommodation, a minimum deposit of one night's accommodation, paid by cheque, credit card or EFT, must accompany this Registration Form. The balance including any incidentals must be paid direct to the Hotel upon check out. Prices include taxes and breakfast. For any changes/cancellations a written notification is required. 50% cancellation fees will be charged between May 1 and June 15, 2008. No refund will be provided after June 15, 2008.
